Testified as an expert witness 47 times in U.S. Federal Court, Washington State Superior Courts, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, King County District Court, Alaska State Superior Courts, and Oregon State Circuit Court as well as arbitrations, depositions, administrative hearings and other legal proceedings.
Office Holder - I served on the Executive Board of Directors for NADE. I was on the Board of Directors for six years prior to being on the Executive Board.
Legislative Consultant - In 2005 I was a consultant for the Washington State Legislature regarding election reform bill 5499. My work shaped the section regarding comparing signatures on ballots.
